We’ve an exciting opportunity for a Premium Collections Administrator to join Aviva Ireland. This role plays an important part in supporting our premiums and collections processes while ensuring a smooth and efficient service for internal teams and customers.

As Premium Collections Administrator, you’ll manage daily EFTs, support bank account activity, respond to internal queries and help keep key processes running accurately and on time. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Customer Experience and Sales teams, contributing to a well-controlled, efficient and collaborative environment.

This role offers great exposure across multiple systems, with opportunities to cross-train and build your knowledge within a supportive team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the processing of daily EFTs, bank account activity and mailbox queries, ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed timelines.

  • Respond to internal queries from Customer Experience and Sales teams, supporting efficient day-to-day operations.

  • Maintain a strong focus on risk and controls, accurately recording errors and supporting resolution through to completion.

  • Work closely with onshore and offshore teams to ensure consistent service delivery and meet turnaround expectations.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and efficiency.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage high volumes of work accurately.

  • Good working knowledge of systems and Microsoft Excel, with confidence handling data.

  • Clear and professional written communication skills when managing queries and completing tasks.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple teams.

  • Previous experience in financial services, insurance, or a regulated environment would be beneficial.
