A bit about the job:
You’ll be part of Aviva’s Agile Centre of Excellence – a team dedicated to embedding Agile ways of working across the organisation.
This hands-on coaching role supports the rollout of SAFe, improves delivery performance, and helps build high-performing teams.
You’ll deliver accredited training, coach teams and leaders, and shape scalable Agile practices that align with our strategic goals.
Your work will directly contribute to faster time to market and better customer outcomes.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Proven experience leading Agile transformations using SAFe, ideally in finance or insurance
Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) with experience delivering SAFe training
Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
Comfortable working across multiple teams with varying Agile maturity

Salary Circa £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
