If the answer is yes, we would love to hear from you! We are currently recruiting for an Agile Delivery Specialist to join our Markets Data Delivery Team focussing on data delivery for our General Insurance (GI) function. 

This role is ideal for someone who is experienced as a Scrum Master with deep experience in Agile frameworks, particularly Scaled Agile, with, and a strong track record of coaching teams and leading delivery. 

A bit about the job:

As the Agile Delivery Specialist, you will lead multiple teams in the adoption and adherence to Agile values, principles, and frameworks—moving us towards Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). You’ll ensure teams are productive in delivery by removing blockers, organising the backlog and driving improvement in sprint metrics. You’ll support the team and Product Owners through the full lifecycle of IT change—from requirements to implementation into Production. 

You’ll drive efficiency through a culture of continuous improvement, automation, learning, and transparency, while providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders on delivery status. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience leading multiple Agile teams, including in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments 

  • Expertise in coaching and mentoring Agile teams and individuals 

  • Skilled in Sprint Planning and Execution, Backlog Management, and Incremental Delivery 

  • Excellent Stakeholder Engagement and communication skills 

  • Some project management experience, including resourcing profiles and budget management (up to £2m)

  • Salary £50,000 - £60,000 for National based (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
