Starting Salary: c. £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Location: Bristol and Norwich

This is a great job for someone experienced in leading multiple Agile teams and passionate about driving continuous improvement at scale. It would particularly suit someone with strong coaching skills, SAFe experience and a desire to shape the maturity of Agile delivery across a large organisation.
A bit about the job:
This role sits within our Insight Platform & Enablement Team in Group Functions & Data CIO, supporting the delivery of high‑value technology and data change. You’ll play a key role in helping our teams adopt and embed Agile and SAFe principles—ensuring high‑quality, predictable and transparent delivery outcomes.
You’ll guide teams and Product Owners through the full lifecycle of IT change, removing blockers, enabling effective backlog management and improving delivery metrics and reporting. Your work will directly uplift Agile maturity across the platform and drive efficiency through automation, continuous improvement and clear communication.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Proven experience coaching and mentoring Agile teams, including within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment
- Skilled in Sprint Planning & Execution, Backlog Management and Incremental Delivery
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience navigating complex change
- Ability to manage multiple teams and support end‑to‑end delivery across the SDLC
- Some project management experience, including resource planning and budget oversight (up to £2m)

- Starting salary between c. £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
