  • Technology adoption at scale: A track record of successfully rolling out new tools or engineering practices across large teams or organisations, including planning and delivering change management, training and enablement so new technology sticks.

  • Vendor and platform management: Experience evaluating and managing thirdparty technology platforms, including assessing vendor roadmaps, navigating procurement and security reviews, and ensuring solutions meet both engineering needs and business outcomes.

  • Clear communicator and trusted partner: Excellent communication and stakeholderengagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with software engineers, data specialists, platform teams and senior technology leaders, adapting your message for different audiences.

  • Governanceled and datadriven mindset: A solid understanding of risk, security and compliance in technology environments.
