AI Specialist Developer – Salary £43,000-£45,000

A bit about the job: 

You will apply your understanding of artificial intelligence and generative models to design and build intelligent systems that can create content, automate tasks, and enhance user experiences. You will play a key role in advancing the generative AI roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that drive business value and operational excellence. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for: 

Proficient in latest GenAI practices like prompt engineering and RAG systems, with awareness of emerging technologies such as Agentic AI.  

Proven experience in building and deploying web-based applications using modern frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, React, with a strong understanding of backend APIs, frontend integration, and scalable architecture design.  

Skilled in integrating services via Python-based pipelines, including package creation and orchestration using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph  

Knowledgeable in Kubernetes infrastructure, docker containerization, and deployment through Azure DevOps pipelines.  

Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and apply ethical AI and customer-centric design principles, supported by strong communication and problem-solving skills.

·       Starting salary between £43,000-£45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
