We’re looking for someone to join us on an 8-month fixed-term contract who’s eager to learn and grow in supplier management. You’ll be part of our IT Strategy & Governance team, where we focus on performance, compliance, and value for money. 

In this role, you’ll support the team in managing supplier contracts, tracking performance, and helping identify ways to improve how we work with our partners. It’s a great opportunity to build experience in analysis, collaboration, and governance in a supportive environment. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Help prepare for supplier reviews and keep performance trackers up to date. 

  • Support the team in monitoring supplier spend and spotting cost-saving opportunities. 

  • Organise and review supplier data to support reporting and insights. 

  • Assist with process documentation and contract compliance checks. 

  • Work with internal teams and suppliers to follow up on actions and keep things moving. 

 

Skills & Experiences 

  • Great communication and relationship-building skills. 

  • Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint for basic reporting and presentations. 

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning. 

  • Interest in supplier management, procurement, or IT governance. 

  • Experience in an office or admin environment is a plus – but not essential.
