AI Specialist Developer – Norwich circa £70,000

You’ll be joining our Data and Analytics team, helping to design, deploy, and monitor AI and GenAI solutions that support operational efficiency and customer outcomes. This role plays a key part in our GenAI Copilot strategy, working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions. You’ll be responsible for building robust, production-ready systems and continuously improving our AI capabilities as the technology evolves. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong experience with Python and Django, including API integration and pipeline development 

• Familiarity with GenAI practices such as prompt engineering, RAG systems, and emerging technologies like Agentic AI 

• Experience with containerisation (Docker), Kubernetes, and deployment via Azure DevOps 

• Understanding of software development lifecycle and version control (e.g., Git, branching strategies) 

• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and/or lead and mentor others in the team

• Starting salary circa £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
