Starting Salary: c. £35,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Are you someone who enjoys turning customer insight into meaningful change? Do you love shaping brilliant customer journeys and collaborating across teams to deliver impactful improvements?

You will support a Retail Product Owner in developing & delivering change initiatives across Retail (PCW) Price Comparison Website products (Motor, Home, Speciality). Initiatives can range from expanding our reach through underwriting enhancements, to optimising customer journeys across distribution channels, introducing new customer features, and remediating risks. Your role will involve developing strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to achieve strategic commercial, customer, and regulatory outcomes.

• Translate customer insight into tangible product outcomes by delivering customer‑centric solutions, shaping product features and ensuring development efforts align with real user needs.

• Act as the voice of the customer in product discussions to address issues promptly, drive changes, and ensure our changes have end‑to‑end agreement to deliver.

• Specify requirements for changes and collaborate with the delivery team to implement prioritised changes, including resolving occasional risk events.

• You’ll support and at times own the delivery of high‑quality digital experiences that improve customer journeys and business performance.

• Review both ours and competitors’ customer journeys and highlight opportunities for improvement.

• Understanding of the General Insurance market, specifically Motor and Home insurance and the dynamics of the PCW market.

• Creative thinking about new customer journey ideas and concepts, along with understanding best practices and trends.

• Effective communication and demonstration of ideas and concepts to all stakeholders with good attention to detail.

• Thrive in a fast‑paced work environment that requires strong problem‑solving skills and independent self‑direction.

• Ability to develop strong relationships and work effectively across multiple teams – both business and IT teams.

• Starting salary c. £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
