Do you love shaping how a brand shows up in the world—inside and out?
This is a great job for someone who’s a strategic thinker with a creative spark, ready to lead a high-performing team and influence across markets. If you’ve worked in brand management in a large, multi-market organisation and know how to balance governance with bold ideas, this could be your next step.

A bit about the job:

This role sits at the heart of how our brand is experienced—by colleagues, customers, and partners. You’ll lead our brand governance and engagement agenda across the Aviva Group, making sure our brand shows up consistently, confidently and creatively.

You’ll guide a team of brand managers, influence local marketing teams across the UK, Ireland and Canada, and ensure our brand is protected and championed at every touchpoint. From trademarks to tone of voice, you’ll help bring our brand to life in ways that build trust and drive growth.

This role requires occasional travel across our key markets.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience (10+ yrs) in brand management and engagement in a large, matrixed organisation, ideally across multiple markets.

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.

  • Deep understanding of brand governance, campaign execution and risk management.

  • Creative flair with the ability to tailor messaging to different internal audiences.

  • Comfortable navigating regulated environments while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

What you’ll get for this role:

Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow – is a promise we make to our colleagues too.  And one of the ways we live up to that promise is by investing in you.  We have so much to offer when it comes to being an Aviva colleague.
