Location: Norwich, Bristol and Perth
Starting Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

A bit about the job:
As a Business Analyst at Aviva, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and shaping business challenges and opportunities across people, processes, and technology—driving solutions from concept through to successful delivery. You’ll work within a dynamic team that delivers strategic projects and programmes, ensuring solutions align with business needs and deliver real value. Your work will help us improve efficiency, manage risk, and create better outcomes for our customers and stakeholders.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Understanding of the financial services industry and regulatory standards; familiarity with the London Market is advantageous.
- Proven ability to deliver business solutions for strategic projects, balancing cost, quality, and time.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and ability to apply appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to develop cost-effective solutions that meet business needs.

- Starting salary between £50,000 and £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
