Business Analyst
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Transformation team in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality analysis across regulatory and strategic initiatives, ensuring strong outcomes for our customers and the wider business.
You’ll work across cross-functional teams to understand business needs, map processes and support the delivery of solutions that are fit for purpose, compliant and aligned to our customer-first principles.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Elicit, analyse and document business and regulatory requirements, ensuring clarity, traceability and alignment to business needs
Conduct process mapping, impact assessments and gap analysis to support decision-making and solution development
Support solution design by articulating business needs, constraints and translating complex information into clear, structured and user-friendly documentation
Facilitate workshops and collaborate closely with business, technology, risk, compliance and delivery stakeholders to align on scope, priorities and requirements
Support delivery across the full change lifecycle, including developing user stories and acceptance criteria, and supporting requirements validation, testing and implementation
Skills & Experiences:
Experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within financial services, ideally supporting complex regulatory change initiatives
Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation, process mapping and impact analysis techniques, with the ability to apply them across complex environments
Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements, user stories and supporting documentation
Experience working with stakeholders across business and technical teams, with strong influencing, communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Excel and PowerPoint, with a proactive, organised approach to managing information and coordinating delivery outputs

The expected pay range for this role will fall between €60,000 and €80,000 and salary offered will commensurate with candidate's level of skills and experience.
