This 24 month Fixed Term Contract role is perfect for someone with strong change leadership experience, ideally within insurance or financial services, who has safely deployed change to the business and is excited to drive adoption of new systems and processes across a complex programme and benefits realisation. A bit about the job:
You’ll lead the business change workstream within the Core Modernisation Programme, supporting the transition to a new policy administration and data platform.
The role spans change strategy including risk assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, benefits realisation, and broker channel enablement.
You’ll work across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Billings & Collections, and Broker Channel teams to ensure alignment and readiness.
You’ll be accountable for delivering change impact assessments, training plans, communications, and benefit tracking.
You will ensure the appropriate governance is in place and provide updates to SteerCo on progress, blockers, and readiness.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Proven experience in leading business change within large-scale transformation programmes.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication planning skills.
Experience designing and delivering training and capability building initiatives.
Ability to assess change impacts, manage risks, and drive adoption across internal and external audiences.
Familiarity with broker channels and platforms such as Acturis and Snowflake is a plus.
