Business Security Manager – Salary circa £60,000 (Bristol, Norwich or York)
Please note that this role’s location is flexible and will require travel to various other locations within the Aviva estate.

A bit about the job:
You’ll join the IWR Business Partnering team, Your role will help deliver the CISO cyber portfolio and embed security standards across Aviva’s UK entities. You’ll provide consultancy on cyber security design, support awareness and training initiatives, and help ensure risks are identified and managed effectively. This role plays a key part in protecting Aviva’s systems, data, and reputation.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present technical risks in a clear, business-focused way
- Solid understanding of IS governance frameworks (e.g. ISO, ISF, COBIT) and their application in regulated environments
- Working knowledge of risk management and IT operations, including penetration testing concepts
- Ability to deliver cyber security input to projects and articulate risks with clear options and recommendations
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CRISC) are desirable but not essential

- Starting salary circa £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
