Aviva have a fantastic opportunity to join our ALPI DAC as a Business Specialist in our Group Protection Team at our Cherrywood office. Reporting to the Group Protection Manager, the successful candidate will lead and be responsible for the delivery and preparation of new business and existing scheme quotations to our customers.
The successful candidate will build effective relationships via regular interaction with our broker network, as well as internal stakeholders. In addition to managing their own workflow they will also manage other team members work by planning individual objectives/ expectations.
A bit about the job:
Prioritising quotation requests
Responding to questions and/or inquiries and providing information pertaining to Group Life and Group Income Protection Products
Regularly collaborating with leaders and stakeholders to develop business relationships and improve customer service
Identifying and raising complaints and errors if they occur
Acting as a product/process expert and reference point providing support and guidance to colleagues
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Administration experience in a consultancy firm, brokerage or life office
Excellent written and oral communication skills
QFA qualification (or equivalent) or working towards
Ability to work with Microsoft Excel to at least intermediate standard; previous working experience of Microsoft Excel formulae
High level of accuracy/attention to detail
