We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Business Specialist to join our Pensions Department. In this role, you’ll contribute to key projects and reporting initiatives that help drive our pensions business forward.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and generate regular and ad-hoc reports from multiple data sources.
  • Support team leads and managers to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery.
  • Automate product monitoring controls to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve complex queries and customer-impacting errors.
  • Collaborate across teams to support projects and implement process improvements.

Skills & Experiences

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with End User Computing (EUC) tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • APA qualification required; QFA desirable.
  • Experience in a reporting or data-focused role within financial services.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
