Campaigns Manager, Internal Communications – Salary circa £55,000

Location – Flexible

Duration – circa 12-month secondment

As an Internal Communications Campaigns Manager, you’ll help our people connect to our purpose, live our values and become advocates for Aviva. You’ll work on our big-ticket internal campaigns, which are aligned to our strategic priorities, from strategy to delivery, all the way through to measurement.  

A bit about the job

You’ll create unmissable, dynamic, and compelling content, putting the voice of our people at the heart of our communications. That’s everything from physical collateral to social content to events.  

You’ll be a whizz at measuring outputs to capture campaign success. This is particularly important as we continue to embed our work social platform, Workvivo, driving engagement through world-class creative brilliance. You’ll make sure everything we do drives maximum employee engagement with our people - especially those in hard-to-reach roles (customer facing teams). 

This role is a key part of our group team, who curate, produce and publish cut through and compelling content for tens of thousands of Aviva colleagues, with the right messages in the right format through the right channels. You’ll work alongside another Internal Communications Campaigns Manager and our Creative Manager to bring our campaigns to life. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for

  • Experience in employee/internal communications, with experience in different sectors a plus 
  • Brilliant stakeholder management and influencer skills, with the ability to work with a range of people across the business  
  • Knowledge of how to create consumer-standard content, from written to video and design.  
  • Excellent measurement skills with the ability to interpret data (qualitative and quantitative) to analyse where things are landing well and where we need to improve 
  • A people person and a great teammate with low ego and high EQ - an energetic, positive and a welcome addition to every room

  • Starting salary circa £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
