A bit about the job:

The Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) business is growing rapidly, with a clear purpose: to protect members’ pensions and support them as they approach and enjoy retirement. The BPA Change Insight Coordinator will play a key role in supporting change and automation initiatives across the BPA function. Working closely with the BPA Change Development Manager, you’ll help ensure schemes are well understood, prioritised, and delivered efficiently keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout.

You will be liaising with internal teams to gather insights, translate them into actionable requirements, and support prioritisation and decision-making for scheme delivery and automation opportunities, while maintaining clear communication, documenting key decisions, and tracking progress for reporting and governance

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong organisational and coordination skills using project management methodologies

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting MI or large data within Excel.

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities.

• Experience in change or transformation projects in a regulated environment is desirable.

• Salary National £34,000k/London £38,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
