PMO Analyst
We’re looking for a PMO Analyst to join our dynamic project team on a 24 month fixed term contract. You’ll help us keep projects on track, support governance and reporting, and make sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values clear communication and good customer outcomes. This role is all about supporting delivery and making a real difference.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines and deliverables.
- Assist with filing and record keeping of project documentation (both hard and soft copies).
- Help plan, execute and monitor project activities under supervision.
- Track project changes and prepare updated schedules and meeting materials.
- Respond to queries, escalate issues and provide progress updates to the team.
Skills & Experiences
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
- Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with best practices.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
