Project Manager - Property & Facilities

We’re looking for someone organised, proactive and ready to make a difference. This is a part-time role (14 hours per week) on a two year fixed-term contract, supporting the day-to-day running of Aviva’s properties and facilities. You’ll help us create safe, efficient and welcoming workplaces by managing contracts, coordinating repairs, and supporting inspections. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors, helping us deliver great experiences for colleagues and customers alike.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support lease and contract management, budgeting and expense tracking
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs and renovations across Aviva properties
  • Respond to queries and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Manage documentation and support workplace inspections and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with teams and vendors to optimise space and facilities

Skills & Experiences

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Comfortable using IT systems and managing records
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
  • Interest in sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
