Claims Administrator – Salary circa £26.000

A bit about the job:

You’ll join our Claims team, helping ensure customer claims are processed accurately and on time. Your work supports Case Managers and keeps key tasks moving, from enrolment to payment. The role plays an important part in delivering a simple, reliable and caring claims experience. We’ll rely on you to manage updates, support queries, and keep our processes running smoothly.
Your contribution helps us provide the consistent, high‑quality service our customers expect.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Experience in administration, customer service or data entry is helpful.
• Clear and confident written and telephone communication.
• Ability to review information and identify what’s important.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with a supportive team.
• Strong organisation and adaptability skills.

• Starting salary circa £26.000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
