Claims Performance Manager

A bit about the job:

As a Claims Performance Manager, you’ll be a key player in our team, providing critical insights into how our claims systems are performing. Your main goal is to deliver accurate data and analysis on our Personal Lines Claims, focusing on daily, weekly, and monthly trends. You'll collaborate with various teams, including Underwriting, Finance, and Pricing, to ensure everyone is aligned and acting on key trends. This role is all about translating data into strategic messages that help the business make informed decisions and achieve its goals.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience with data, process, financial, or statistical analysis.
  • The ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic messages for leaders at all levels.
  • Strong communication and prioritization skills.
  • Experience in challenging and reporting on financial performance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.

  • Starting salary circa £50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
