A bit about the job:

Working alongside and supporting our Client Relationship Managers you’ll be providing excellent service to our existing clients and their advisers. This includes coordinating key activities such as scheme updates, helping to plan and deliver growth campaigns, and supporting client retention initiatives. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our Workplace Pensions team meets its annual goals, while contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day client operations.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Experience working in financial services, ideally with clients or distribution partners
• Good planning and organisation skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Confidence in building relationships and communicating clearly with different teams and clients
• Knowledge of the workplace benefits market especially legislative, compensation and benefits trends, technology and the investment market
• A track record of supporting sales or relationship teams to deliver a great client experience

• Starting salary circa 33,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
