A bit about the job:
We’re looking for a Commercial Claims Technical Consultant to join our Commercial Technical Team on a permanent basis. You’ll use your expertise to support complex claims decisions while building capability across our UK-wide claims teams.
You’ll play a key part in improving technical standards, supporting colleagues through coaching and training, and helping us deliver better outcomes for our customers. It’s a role where you can make a real impact – on people, performance and the experience we provide.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Strong technical knowledge of Commercial Property claims
Proven ability to make clear, confident decisions on complex and sensitive cases
Experience coaching, developing or supporting others to build capability
Ability to create clear technical guidance and deliver training
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams

Starting salary is Circa £40K (depending on location, skills, experience and qualifications)
