Commercial Property Desk Adjuster – Salary circa £32.000

A bit about the job 

You’ll be part of our Claims team, helping us assess and manage insurance claims across commercial and residential properties, motor vehicles and more. Your role is to make sure claims are valid, fair, and handled in line with policy terms. You’ll carry out investigations, write reports, and support colleagues with technical queries. It’s a role that helps us deliver great outcomes for our customers. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for 

• Experience in insurance claims or loss adjusting 

• Strong communication and investigation skills 

• Ability to manage a varied portfolio of cases 

• Knowledge of policy terms, regulatory frameworks and building construction. 

• Comfortable working on-site and virtually

• Starting salary – circa £32.000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
