Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

A bit about the job 

You’ll join us in‑house within the Creative Hub, part of the Customer & Marketing team. Our work helps tell Aviva’s story across the channels our customers see every day. 

In this role, you’ll design and develop creative assets across digital and print — including social content, email design, digital comms, motion graphics and illustration.

Every brief you take on will help bring our brand to life and support key customer and business outcomes. 

You’ll work closely with Senior Creatives, Producers and Account Managers and keep stakeholders updated throughout. 

It’s a role that blends creativity, teamwork and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the work our customers experience. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for 

• Experience working in an inhouse or agency design studio 

• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and solid working knowledge of Figma 

• Experience in animation, motion and illustration 

• A collaborative, supportive teamworking style 

• Experience designing for digital channels, including email design and some knowledge of HTML

• Starting salary between £35,000 and £40,000, depending on skills and experience.
