Customer Experience Administrator
We have a role available in our Customer Experience Team in the Cherrywood, Dublin office. This is an excellent opportunity to learn new skills and further your experience in a vibrant and challenging life/pensions environment. The successful candidate will be dealing with customer queries and requests in relation to existing business, so the role holder will have a varied working day.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Dealing with brokers and customers on policy details, both verbally and in writing, while processing customer requests and payments to a high standard and within legislative and payroll timeframes.
- Ensuring all required information is checked and issued in compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
- Completing transactions within specified timeframes and to the required quality standards.
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external business partners, while liaising with internal departments to resolve ongoing queries.
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints, supporting the Team Leader, and consistently delivering excellent customer service.
Skills & Experiences:
- Strong written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt effectively to change.
- Good knowledge of the life and pensions industry, including products, regulatory requirements, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, maintaining a customer-focused approach and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads, meet critical deadlines, and provide regular feedback to the Team Leader on team activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly, demonstrating energy, drive, and a positive "can-do" attitude.

The expected pay range for this role will fall between €28,000 and €35,000 and salary offered will commensurate with candidate's level of skills and experience.
