Customer Relationship Associate – Salary £26,700 (depending on skills and experience)

A bit about the job: 

This role helps customers understand their financial needs and find the right route into advice. Each conversation plays a part in improving engagement, confidence and clarity for people planning their future. The Advice Engagement Team sits at the heart of our Wealth business and works together to support customers at key moments. The work you do contributes directly to customer acquisition, retention and conversion across our advice journey. Together, we create great outcomes and help strengthen Aviva’s growing advice proposition. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for: 

• Experience of Pensions is essential 
• Strong communication skills with a warm, confident phone manner. 

• Ability to build rapport quickly and put customers at ease. 

• Attention to detail with accurate record‑keeping. 

• Comfortable working with sensitive information.

• Starting salary circa £26,700 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
