If so, our Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) team is looking for a new Team Leader to join us. 

A bit about the job 

Our BPA teams provide an end-to-end service, supporting customers through major life events. We’re proud of our motto: “Nobody does it better.” It’s not about bragging – it’s about always improving how we lead, support our people, and deliver for our customers. You’ll lead a team of 12–15 colleagues based in Norwich, focusing on four key areas: People, Customer, Risk, and Change. You’ll help remove barriers to great service, ensure strong controls, and use data to drive improvements and resource planning. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for 

Strong understanding of key processes, controls, and risks in your business area 

Experience coaching with care and edge 

Analytical mindset to review performance and drive improvements 

Excellent time management and prioritisation skills 

Willingness to study for CF1 and FA2 (if not already achieved)

• Starting salary circa £37.000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
