A bit about the job:
We’re looking for a forward-thinking Cyber Security Manager to lead the cyber security function for Aviva Investors.
You’ll be the go-to expert for embedding security into business operations and transformation programmes.
From shaping strategy to managing risk and regulatory compliance, you’ll help protect our customers, our digital assets and foster a culture of cyber resilience. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and represent the CISO at executive forums.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Proven leadership in cyber security within regulated industries
Deep knowledge of cyber risk, compliance, and control frameworks
Ability to work with business requirements and secure them appropriately
Inclusive leader with experience managing diverse teams
Strong communicator with stakeholder influence at all levels

Starting Salary £85000 – £115,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity –12% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
