Location: Norwich

Salary: Circa £55k

Are you someone who enjoys spotting risks early and turning them into practical solutions? You'll thrive in this role if you've worked in supplier assurance, information security auditing or security risk management. You'll be confident building strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.

If you're looking to grow your Cyber Security career while working across a broad range of suppliers and corporate clients, we'd love to hear from you.

A bit about the job:

Join our Third-Party Security team and play a key role in helping Aviva manage supplier and client security risks. You'll work closely with colleagues, suppliers and corporate clients to make sure security requirements are understood and met from the start. You'll assess security controls, support due diligence activities and provide practical security advice across the business.

Your work will help us identify risks early, strengthen supplier security and support Aviva's wider Cyber Security strategy. You'll be accountable for delivering timely security assessments and helping stakeholders make informed, risk-based decisions.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Experience carrying out supplier security reviews, information security assessments or security risk management activities.
  • Strong understanding of international regulatory requirements, including applicable US cyber security, privacy and financial services regulations. Working with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions, you'll help ensure security controls and risk management practices align with both Aviva and regulatory expectations.
  • Experience identifying risks and recommending practical actions to reduce them.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple assessments and priorities while maintaining a high standard of work. Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel reporting, formulas, charts and tables, would be beneficial.
