A bit about the job:
Our Cyber Security team protects Aviva, our customers and our partners every single day.
This role leads the way in how we assess, govern and continuously improve the security of our most critical suppliers.
You’ll manage and uplift Aviva’s third-party security posture — making sure risks are identified early, understood clearly and resolved quickly.
Your work helps strengthen Aviva’s operational resilience and ensures our suppliers meet the high standards our customers expect. You’ll also build strong relationships across Cyber, Technology, Procurement and senior business teams, becoming a trusted voice in how Aviva manages supplier risk.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Strong background in cyber security, third-party assurance or supplier risk management
Experience governing supplier performance against contracts, security standards, policies and SLAs
Ability to assess risks end-to-end, interpret evidence and drive meaningful remediation
Confident communicator who can influence at all levels and simplify complex topics
A proactive mindset with the ability to work across multiple teams and prioritise effectively

Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
