DUA Account Handler – Salary Circa £27,000
This is a great job for someone from an insurance or financial services background who has strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Experience in risk, claims, or similar areas would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
A bit about the job:
We’re looking for a DUA Account Handler to join our growing Delegated Authority team within Global Corporate & Specialty. You’ll support underwriters with day-to-day operations, helping deliver excellent service to brokers and customers while ensuring processes run efficiently. The role exists to support business growth and improve operational performance across the team. You’ll also take ownership of your development, building technical knowledge and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within a collaborative hub environment.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Experience building strong, positive relationships with colleagues and external partners
Good negotiating, numerical and verbal reasoning skills
Strong IT skills, including spreadsheets, databases and word processing
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop in underwriting
Experience in Financial Services, Risk, Claims or similar is an advantage (but not essential)

Salary Circa £27,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
