A bit about the job
We’re looking for an Enterprise BI Technical Lead to guide the development and optimisation of our BI platform. You’ll join a collaborative team that supports Aviva’s data-driven decision-making across the business. This role exists to ensure our BI systems are secure, scalable, and high performing. You’ll work closely with different teams to deliver robust solutions that meet evolving business needs. Your leadership will help shape the future of BI at Aviva.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
- Proven experience in BI platform deployment, maintenance, and performance tuning.
- Strong knowledge of database administration, disaster recovery, and workload management.
- Expertise in data security, including access controls and encryption.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable data models and efficient processes.
- Experience with AWS/Azure, Snowflake, and BI tooling monitoring.

- Salary Circa £60,000 for National based (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
