Finance Business Partner – Technology Change

Location: London, York, Norwich or Bristol based (50% hybrid working)

Salary: circa £65,000 (national) - £75,000 (London)

A bit about the job:

You’ll guide investment decisions across a £100m+ technology change portfolio, working closely with the CIO leadership team. Your insights will help shape Aviva’s future, ensuring financial decisions deliver real value. You’ll lead on IT business cases, challenge costs, and support strategic planning. This role sits at the heart of our Technology Finance team—collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on impact.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in financial management, ideally in change or transformation.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to challenge constructively.
  • Experience managing complex cost structures and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Knowledge of procurement and cost optimisation in technology environments.
