A bit about the job:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Finance Operations and Change (FIOC) team, where you’ll lead the safe and effective delivery of change initiatives that support our shared service operating model. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts, testing teams, and PMO to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will be pivotal in managing senior stakeholders, providing clear updates, and ensuring that change is embedded with minimal disruption to business-as-usual operations.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in change delivery or project management, ideally within finance operations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to apply change management methodologies across varied scenarios
- Experience working with governance frameworks and risk controls
- Desirable: PRINCE2, APM PMQ, Agile Change Management, or similar qualifications
