A bit about the job:
You’ll join Aviva’s Finance Investment Operations Change Team, supporting the wider Investment Operations function. As part of the PMO team, you’ll help embed strong governance and control practices to ensure safe and sustainable delivery of change. You’ll make sure controls are applied consistently and to a high standard. You’ll also track resourcing to support project allocations, identify and escalate risks, and deliver regular reporting to support informed decisions.
Aviva introduced smart-working in 2020 and encourages flexible working. However, you’ll need to be based within a commutable distance of our York office.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience in change, governance, or project delivery – or a strong interest in developing this expertise.
- Strong communication skills – confident engaging with stakeholders across business and change functions.
- Detail-oriented and analytical – you naturally question, spot risks, and support quality assurance.
- Self-starter with great organisational skills – able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint – able to support reporting and assurance through data analysis.
