Head of Change & Transformation– Method & Tooling
Location: London or Bristol
Salary: London circa £150,000 / Bristol circa £125,000
This is a pivotal, high visibility position focused on shaping a best-in-class Group Transformation Office at Aviva. In this role you will help build the frameworks and capabilities that enable projects & programmes across the organisation to deliver with greater transparency, accelerate pace, stronger predictability, and enhanced control

A bit about the job
We’re building transformation methods and tools that help Aviva deliver change with confidence. You’ll own and evolve our enterprise frameworks, including the Aviva Change Framework and Change Management Business Standard, making sure they’re modern, agile-enabled, and easy to use.
You’ll lead the design and improvement of our tooling ecosystem, from PlanView and JIRA to dashboards that give clarity and control. Your work will simplify complexity, embed best practice, and enable faster, more predictable delivery. Ultimately, you’ll make sure our transformation approach is fit for the future.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
- Deep understanding of change and portfolio management methodologies.
- Experience in product ownership of enterprise-wide standards and tools.
- Technical proficiency in agile delivery and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Power BI.
- Ability to translate complex governance into clear, user-friendly guidance.
- Strong facilitation and engagement skills to lead cross-functional communities.
