A bit about the job:

You’ll lead the pricing strategy for our Adviser Platform, shaping policies on special deals and strategic relationships. You’ll work closely with distribution, finance, and leadership to ensure pricing decisions support our commercial goals. The role also supports Direct Wealth pricing through shared tooling and business planning. It’s a high-profile role with accountability for delivering outcomes that drive growth and customer value.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • FCA certified and a qualified actuary (mandatory)

  • Significant experience in setting and leading pricing strategies

  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to senior stakeholders

  • Organised, collaborative, and confident in challenging constructively to drive delivery

  • Salary between £110,000 and £150,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
