Head of Wealth Operations
We’re looking for an experienced leader to head up Wealth Operations at Aviva Life & Pensions Ireland (ALPI). This role is central to delivering exceptional customer outcomes across pensions, savings, and investment products. You’ll shape scalable service models, lead a large multi-site team, and ensure compliance while driving innovation and continuous improvement. Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end servicing for Wealth products, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and customer focus.
Translate new workplace pension propositions into scalable operational models.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.
Manage budgets and optimise resource capacity across onshore and offshore teams.
Champion governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across all operations.
Skills & Experiences:
Deep knowledge of pensions, savings, and investment operations, including claims and disbursements.
Strong understanding of Irish regulatory frameworks (Fitness & Probity, SEAR, Consumer Protection Code).
Proven leadership experience managing large, multi-site teams and complex operations.
Expertise in operational strategy, process optimisation, and change management.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Experience implementing scalable models for new propositions and leading transformation initiatives.
