Head of Wealth Platform Delivery
The Aviva Wealth business is a key growth engine for the Aviva group, supporting customers as they save, invest and retire with Aviva. Key to this growth is a bold and ambitious transformation agenda that will ensure that the Wealth propositions continue to lead the market. This role will lead a team of product owners to deliver a broad range of Wealth Platform change across our D2C, Workplace and Advised platforms, ensuring enhancements meet the needs of customers, distributors and the Aviva business.
The opportunity is open in York, Bristol, London or Norwich.
A bit about the job
This role is accountable for the successful strategic execution of the Wealth Platform development roadmap – incorporating multiple multi-year transformational programmes which drive direct contribution to the Wealth profit market commitment. This is a key role within the Wealth & Advice Leadership team, their work influences the decisions of IWR ExCo on FNZ related change and prioritisation to meet business and commercial outcomes across Aviva i.e. Workplace, Advised and D2C channels.
This role will be accountable for the delivery of transformational change that meets the business outcomes and had a direct impact on the Aviva Wealth profitability by maximising market benefit and operational efficiency.
You will lead a team of c.20 SME’s who provide SME/product owner supporting the change delivery on the Aviva Wealth platforms, managing SME input to ensure business outcomes are understood and facilitating wider stakeholder input into the requirements and delivery processes for platform change.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Extensive Technical understanding of Wealth technology (in particular FNZ ) and experience of delivery through 3rd party suppliers
Ownership of the Aviva Wealth development roadmap, ensuring that this aligns to the Aviva Wealth strategy
Senior level influencing, stakeholder management and relationship building skills to support effective decision making
Proven track record of successful delivery in Platform change in a complex regulated business environment
Excellent people leadership skills in terms of motivation, performance and talent and resource management

Starting salary between 100k and 140k (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
