Insight and Customer Flow Analytics Lead – 18-month Fixed-Term Contract (with the view of extension/becoming permanent)

Salary: circa £45,000 (depending on location, skills, and experience)

Locations: Norwich, Glasgow, or Perth

A bit about the job:

Customer Flow Analytics (CFA) launched last year and has already delivered excellent benefits during its test-and-learn phase. We’re now embedding CFA as a core service within our award-winning Customer Ops Planning Team. As an Insight Lead, you’ll manage a team of three CFA Analysts, ensuring seamless reporting and delivering deep-dive insights that improve operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Personal Lines, using Verint Desktop Analytics to map workflows, analyse data, and recommend optimised processes.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to quickly master new technology and processes
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to present Complex detail in a simple to understand way
• Experience in analytical/insight roles or people leadership with technical aptitude

• Starting salary circa £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
