Role – Insurance Trading Manager (Aviva Zero)

Location : Norwich

Salary circa £45,000 - £65,000

We’re looking for a Car Insurance Trading Performance Manager to help shape and deliver the Aviva Zero roadmap, optimising performance across Price Comparison Websites (PCWs).

A bit about the job

In this role you’ll play a key role in driving Aviva Zero’s ambition to lead the car insurance market, delivering sustainable, profitable growth. Working within our trading team, you’ll optimise propositions, assess performance, and identify opportunities to grow market share. You will turn insight into action, collaborating across teams to deliver meaningful change.

Skills and experience we’re looking for

• Strong commercial awareness with a solid understanding of the insurance market, particularly motor products and propositions

• Naturally curious and driven, with a proactive mindset and the confidence to take initiative and deliver outcomes

• Able to analyse and synthesise complex data into clear, actionable insight

• Experience supporting proposition change, with strong stakeholder management and the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical capability, with proficiency in Excel and the ability to communicate insights clearly through PowerPoint

• Starting salary circa £45,000 - £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
