National: £100,000 - £110,000 / London: £130,000 - £140,000

We’re seeking a visionary Head of Customer Data to lead the strategic direction of our data landscape. This is a pivotal role driving the shift toward customer centricity, powering insight, intelligence, and personalised engagement at scale.

A bit about the job:

This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic transformation environment.

• Set the strategic vision for the Customer & Marketing (C&M) Data & Analytics Platforms, defining the multi-year transition roadmap from fragmented systems to a connected customer data ecosystem aligned with the 3-year transformation plan
• Leading on the Strategic Customer Master Programme moving our customer data to Reltio
• Balance short-term value delivery with long-term transformation, carefully considering customer outcomes, regulatory conduct, and commercial benefits during the migration to integrated customer platforms

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Expert in the development and leadership of teams aligned to world class technology solutions, and in stakeholder engagement in a complex organizational structure
• Proven experience leading multiple large scale data projects – technical background in data & analytics and a platform product mindset are of essence
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Data Product Owners, Business Units, Architecture, and Data teams to ensure implementation of standards for customer master data management, data quality, governance, access, and risk controls.
• Proven experience in defining data operating models and the ability to articulate the value of data to the enterprise
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional engagement across senior stakeholders, aligning customer data strategy with wider strategic initiatives such as Customer Science, Martech, and enterprise transformation programmes.

• National salary £100,000 - £110,000 and London salary £130,000 - £140,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
