A bit about the job:

As an Intermediated Sales Support Administrator within our Private Medical Insurance team, you will play an important role in helping brokers confidently support their clients. You will build and maintain relationships with brokers, answer queries across email, phone and live chat, and provide guidance on our PMI products. In this role, you will manage a central mailbox, take ownership of broker queries from start to finish, and help deliver the high-quality service our partners expect from Aviva. Full training will be provided, giving you the knowledge and confidence to become a trusted point of contact for all things PMI. Every conversation is an opportunity to make things simpler, build stronger relationships, and help our brokers succeed

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and positive relationships quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including producing high-quality email correspondence.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive approach to resolving queries and delivering great outcomes for brokers and customers
• Previous experience in Private Medical Insurance would be beneficial, but it is not essential. An interest in learning about PMI and developing specialist knowledge is equally important.

Due to this being a role in scope for Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) it is a prerequisite that you are not currently bankrupt and do not have an unspent conviction for a serious criminal offence, in applying for this role you are certifying that you satisfy both of these requirements.
