Location: York, Bristol or Norwich based (50% hybrid working)

Salary: circa £55,000

A bit about the job:

You’ll join our IT Contract Management Team – a group focused on managing Aviva’s key third-party IT suppliers. Your role will help us reduce risk, improve supplier performance, and deliver commercial value. You’ll manage supplier governance, lead negotiations, and support contract delivery. It’s a chance to shape how we work with suppliers and make a real impact.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Commercial and stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of building strong internal business and supplier relationships at all levels.

• Ability to lead robust governance practices within regulated environments, ensuring compliance, accountability, and operational excellence.

• Strong negotiation skills, being able to demonstrate experience of supporting, leading and managing negotiations for complex IT agreements.

• Calling off and managing complex IT agreements

• Degree level or equivalent qualification / CIPS qualification desirable
