This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in device management and Microsoft technologies, or for someone ready to take the next step in their IT career. 

This role is based in the office 5 days per week 

A bit about the job: 

You’ll join our Hardware Lifecycle team in Norwich, working closely with colleagues to keep our technology operations running smoothly.  

Your role will focus on analysing and improving processes to make sure we deliver reliable, efficient services.  

You’ll also help implement frameworks and manage hardware needs across the business – playing a key part in Aviva’s transition project that’s saving us £100K+. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for: 

  • Knowledge of MCM, Intune and Azure 

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office and Windows 11 

  • Familiarity with Dell hardware 

  • Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
