Junior PMO Analyst
We’re looking for an ambitious and hardworking individual to join our Transformation & PMO team in Dublin on a 24 Month Fixed Term Contract. We are expanding our team due to increasing investment in digital & automation transformation initiatives, which will deliver on both our strategic ambitions and our regulatory change agenda!
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a career interest in PMO, where you will gain exposure to real change and transformation projects as Aviva Ireland undergo an extensive change and transformation program. You will be working alongside and learning directly from senior project managers and experienced PMO analysts, working with tools like Planview and ClickView.
You will be responsible for collating and managing programme and sub-stream view of budgets, resourcing, benefits, risks, issues, actions and dependencies, status reporting & minutes to allow escalation and early intervention to resolve!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the administration of GI strategic change and transformation programmes
- Assist in managing scope, case, programme vision, benefits, and quality management
- Monthly and quarterly performance goals, focusing on benefits versus drawbacks
- Maintain record of Strategic Change Committee Minutes, Actions & Decisions
- Change Methodology Control Check – e.g. Collate repository of programme mandatory docs & sign-off across programmes in central PMO share point and Planview (programme and portfolio management tool)
- Adherence to compliance and risk controls and identify any issues that may pose a risk or near miss
Skills & Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating reports, documentation, and effectively convey information and collaborate with stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices in project management Attention to Detail
- High level of accuracy in managing data, documentation, and reporting
