Lifestyle Lead – Salary circa £55,000

A bit about the job
You’ll be accountable for the performance of our Lifestyle claims, covering Travel, Gadget, and Home Emergency within our outsourced supplier partnerships. Your role exists to make sure customer outcomes, service, cost, and regulatory standards remain strong as the Lifestyle business grows. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across Claims to give clear insight, influence decisions, and support future planning. You’ll build trusted relationships with our suppliers and internal teams, ensuring claims are well controlled, consistent, and customer‑focused. You’ll be accountable for delivering great operational results and ensuring our teams have what they need to succeed.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
- Strong operational and people leadership skills.
- Experience in Travel/ Gadget/Home Emergency claims.
- Ability to interpret data and use insight to improve performance.
- Experience building positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Confident communicator who can adapt their style for different audiences.

- Starting salary circa £55000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
