A bit about the job:

You’ll join our Global Corporate and Specialty (GCS) M&A team in London, supporting the underwriting of time-sensitive Warranty & Indemnity, Tax, and Contingent risk insurance products. This role exists to help deliver exceptional service to brokers and clients during complex transactions. You’ll assist with underwriting live deals, managing documentation, preparing internal reports and submissions, and liaising with key stakeholders, while gaining exposure to legal and commercial principles of M&A. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise in a fast-paced, high-growth area.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Highly organised and reliable, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach

• Accuracy and attention to detail, plus analytical and decision-making ability

• Previous work experience in M&A insurance or relevant finance/legal/accounting fields (such as internships or placements) is advantageous but not essential

• University graduate preferred
